Principle Professional Services are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction with the provision of our services.

Standards of Care

We expect our members of staff to display professionalism at all time. In the unlikely event that the client is not satisfied with the performance of any member of our staff, the client is encouraged to contact us to help us maintain a high standard of care.

While it is our duty to supply workers to the client, the client is expected to ensure that staff comply with company demands. We assume the engagement of our staff by the client as a clear indication that they understand the terms and conditions and that they will abide by them.

Requesting Temporary Staff

If you require temporary staff, please contact us with details of your requirements. We will get in touch with you to confirm the names and forward the profiles of any cover workers you have requested. Staff will commence their shift at the agreed time. Once their shift is complete, it is the responsibility of the client or senior member of staff to check and then sign the worker’s timesheet.

Timesheets and Remittance

Timesheets act as records of hours worked, which are used as the basis of client charges. The client is expected to ensure that timesheets are correct before signing them and failure to sign will not affect liability to pay for services rendered.

Fees

We will charge the client for all work undertaken by our temporary staff. If you employ our staff member permanently, PPS are entitled to an introduction fee, which is calculated at 10% of the employee’s annual earnings.
